Limited Edition Products Empowering Indigenous Communities

We’re beyond excited to share some incredible news with you! We have wrapped up our limited edition campaign for this year and with your help, we’ve donated a whopping $50,000 to the Indigenous Literacy Foundation. This donation has helped the ILF acquire 5,000 culturally relevant books for children in remote Indigenous Communities. It’s the second year running we've teamed up with the ILF for a cause that's close to our hearts.

Our Connection to Worimi Country:

"I'm Al Hutcherson, the General Manager here at Freshwater Farm, and let me tell you, acknowledging the land where our farm thrives has always been a big deal for us. Our roots are firmly planted on Worimi Country on the NSW Mid North Coast, and we're passionate about recognising the Worimi Aboriginal Community as the rightful stewards of this land. That's why we're supporting the Indigenous Literacy Foundation - it's our way of giving back."

Al Hutcherson- Freshwater Farm CEO & David Stewart- Head of Fundraising ILF

The Heart and Soul of Our Limited Editions:

Our limited edition products were designed by the talented Worimi artist, Brittney Paulson. This year we created six fantastic products, including our popular Lemon Myrtle and Rosewater body bars and hand washes, each adorned with Brittney's beautiful creations. Her art speaks volumes about Worimi Country and our collective duty to take care of our beautiful homeland.

A Vision of Literacy and Support:

For every limited edition product you purchased, we donated 50 cents towards our $50,000 goal. Your support went a long way in helping the Indigenous Literacy Foundation provide essential books to kids in communities where access is limited. Plus, it supports their publishing program, making sure stories are shared in the languages families speak at home.

The Ripple Effect:

Ben Bowen, the CEO of the Indigenous Literacy Foundation, is just as thrilled as we are about this collaboration. He can't wait to see the positive ripple effect of this generous donation, spreading literacy and preserving indigenous languages and stories.

Joining Us in Making a Difference:

Thank you for being a part of this incredible journey. When you purchased one of our special edition productseither online or at Woolworths, you contributed to something so much bigger. Together, we're creating a brighter future for Indigenous children in remote communities. For more on this heartwarming collaboration, check out the full story here. Let's make a change together!
